Shipping PolicyOrders submitted by 2PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped same day. Same day shipping does not apply toward any items that require freight shipping, items that are special order items, or items that require special handling. Please note that the Same Day Shipping countdown is an estimate and assumes users’ computer time is accurate.
Truck freight items ship same day on orders placed by 12PM EST. We do not supply any additional services with the freight companies. Any additional services that your request from the freight company will be your responsibility to pay for (i.e. we don’t pay for a lift gate). When the freight company contacts your for delivery you will need to work out any special details at that time.
